Hi Barbara - 

I enjoyed your class so much I can't even begin to describe it, but I can try :-)

Being in your class made me feel alive and okay just the way I am, and you were the catalyst.  You could criticize me and use anything against me you wish, and I would know that you were only doing it for my personal best and growth.  That sounds weird just to type that, but that is the truth as I see it and feel it. 

You are so awesomely unique and one-of-a-kind in what you do.  I loved watching you work with your students in class that night.  I watched you, I watched them.  I could see they just love the hell out of you and you love the hell out of them.  It was just absolutely awesome, and I hope to be able to be a part of that awesome experience again soon.

I was the acting coach/director on TANGOING WITH TORNADOES (a wonderful play written by award winning Oregonian journalist, S. Renee Mitchell).  I was happy to be nominated in the category of Best Director by the PORTLAND AREA MUSICAL THEATRE AWARDS for Tangoing with Tornadoes.  To hear and see portions of it, go to this utube site  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG5QeFH9DYk.

Just recently, I helped turn TANGOING WITH TORNADOES into a one-woman show and Renee has started touring.  She's been to Guam, New Orleans and Tallahassee and working on more cities and countries.  I am proud of the impact it has had on audiences and my part as creative director.
